NAÏLA’s activities are structured around several major development and scientific issues that require bringing together multiple complementary skills.

- 13 players from the professional world gathered in a user committee.

- 2 study sites including historical work (20 years), with mirror sites in the Mediterranean.
- 3 transversal actions to consolidate the collective.
- 16 projects accepted.
- 105 A-rank articles (77) and book chapters (28), of which 71% in South-North co-publication.
- Supervision: 2 PFE, 1 M1, 23 M2, 19 PhD and 2 post-docs.
- 15 training actions with existing infrastructures (MOOC, mobility, seminars).
- 30 actions with the professional world .
- 15 international expertise actions for research (EU/REA, IEEE, EGU, IAHS, MISTRALS) and decision-making (COP, 4p1000, AFD, CSFD, OMM, CGIAR).
- Support for 3 workshops: drone observations, pollutants & sustainability in the Mediterranean.
- 1 communication cell (flyers, kakemono, website)
